The Balanzoni are a fresh pasta typical of Bologna and takes its name from the famous Carnival mask. The bronze-drawn pastry is enriched with spinach, while in the delicate filling you will find ricotta, mortadella and spinach. It is a truly special pasta, perfect with both simple toppings and more innovative ingredients.

Ingredients – Pasta: soft WHEAT flour, 11% EGGS, durum WHEAT semolina, 5% spinach. Filling: ricotta 17% (whey, MILK cream, salt), mortadella 13.5% (pork, pork tripe, water, starches, salt, natural flavors, dextrose, spices); grated bread (soft WHEAT flour, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, nutmeg.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.

To be consumed by: see date indicated on the front of the package. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days after opening. Do not puncture the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cook in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.
