Ingredients – Pasta: *soft WHEAT flour “type 2” 31%, *EGGS 11%. Filling: *18% herbs (*spinach, *chard, *borage), *ricotta (*whey, *MILK, salt), *breadcrumbs (*soft WHEAT flour, salt), *Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (*MILK , salt, rennet), *corn starch, *vegetable fiber (*OAT), *EGGS 1%, salt, *spices. *from organic farming.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.

To be consumed by: see date indicated on the front of the package. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days after opening. Do not puncture the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cook in salted boiling water for 4 minute.
