Ingredients – Pasta: * wholemeal soft WHEAT flour, * 11% EGGS. Filling: * ricotta 25% (* whey, * MILK, salt), * breadcrumbs (* soft WHEAT flour, salt), * spinach 3.5%, * Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (* MILK, salt, rennet) , * MILK whey, salt, * rehydrated potatoes, * parsley, * nutmeg. * from organic farming.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.

To be consumed by: see date indicated on the front of the package. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days after opening. Do not puncture the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cook in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.
