Artisanal Gramigna

Gramigna is part of Emilia’s tradition, and it can be found in any old osteria. It is a particular short type of pasta, curled, that we make extruded with bronze dies, to make it rightly rough. Traditionally it is served with sausage, but it is really good with any gravy, from the classics to the most innovative.

Ingredients – soft WHEAT flour, EGGS 21%, water.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery, milk.

To be consumed by: see date indicated on the front of the package. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days after opening. Do not puncture the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

How to Cook

Cook in salted boiling water for 4/5 minutes.
