Ingredients

Ingredients – Pasta: 37% soft WHEAT flour, 15% EGGS, durum WHEAT semolina. Filling: Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 12% (MILK, salt, rennet), Mortadella Bologna PGI 9% (pork, pork tripe, salt, sucrose, spices, natural flavors), raw ham (pork leg, salt), beef , pork, salt, nutmeg.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.

To be consumed by: see date indicated on the front of the package. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days after opening. Do not puncture the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

How to Cook

Cook in salted boiling water or boiling broth for 1 minute.
