Our Passatelli are born from the great Emilia-Romagna’s tradition, and we make them following the original recipe: Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, breadcrumb, eggs, salt and a pinch of nutmeg. The dough is then extruded with bronze dies, rightly rough to combine this pasta with broth or in any other recipe.

Ingredients: EGGS, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 27% (MILK, salt, rennet), soft WHEAT flour, salt, nutmeg.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, pistachios), sesame seeds, soy, mustard, celery.

To be consumed by: see date indicated on the front of the package. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days after opening. Do not puncture the package. To be consumed after cooking. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cook in salted boiling water or boiling broth for 1 minute.
